If you obtain non-AAA roadside assistance without first requesting service from AAA, your reimbursement will be up to the contract rate paid to AAA service providers for similar services.

The preferred method for faster review is to submit online at AAA.com/Roadside.

• Complete the Road Service Reimbursement Form (located at AAA.com/Roadside) and mail it with the original paid receipt to AAA. Receipt must be fully paid in the member's name receiving service.

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted to AAA within 90 days of the date the service was provided. (For Wisconsin members the request must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible.)
