You can reset your password by clicking on “Sign In” from the top right corner of any page. Once on the “Sign In” screen, please click “Need Help Signing In?” to start the recovery process of your User ID and reset your password.
You will need to select the product to use whether: Membership or Insurance. Please enter the following information for whichever product you need:
- Your name
- Your membership/insurance policy number
- The ZIP code where you receive mail/bills for your membership/insurance policy
Once the above information has been entered, you need to click on Recover Online Account. The screen will show a partial of your email address as well as your User ID. You will then need to go to your email account and open the email with subject line: ”AAA My Account password reset request”. Note: This reset link is only valid for two hours.
In this email, please click on “Reset password”, which will take you to a reset webpage. Enter your new password twice per the information and then click on “Save New Password”. The screen will then change to state “Password Change Confirmed”. (You will also receive an email stating that your password has changed.)
You can click on “Go To Home Page” and sign in.
