There are a few reasons why you may receive a paper renewal statement after signing up for e-billing.

We Didn't Receive Your Payment

When you enroll in e-billing, you will receive an email bill to renew your membership 60 days prior to your membership expiration date, to the email address on file associated with your membership at the Club. If payment is not received within 14 days of email receipt, a second email will be sent. If payment is not received 30 days prior to your renewal date, you will receive a paper bill statement in the postal mail.

You Updated Your Email Preferences

If you choose to unsubscribe from all emails at any time, you will no longer receive membership renewal reminders via email.

Updated Membership Cards

If you have not enrolled for digital membership cards only, we will send your updated membership cards in the mail.

Enroll for digital cards only to opt out of receiving plastic cards in the mail.
