The username/user ID for your online account will be your email address. The same account is used for both and the AAA Mobile App.

If you aren't sure which email address you used:

  1. Visit the Password Reset page and enter the email you believe you used.
  2. If you entered the correct email, you'll receive a password reset email.
  3. If you entered an email address not associated with your online account, you'll receive a message indicating the email is not recognized.

Even if you receive emails from AAA, you may not have an online account. If your email address is unrecognized, create a new online account.
