We keep a limited stock on hand to replace damaged equipment and fill late orders. Late orders will be filled only while supplies last and additional equipment will not be purchased at this time to fill orders.

Supplies are completely free for schools within Hennepin County.

We ask that school safety supplies be ordered for the upcoming school year by June 15th. The Minneapolis Auto Club Foundation for Safety orders supplies once a year for the schools that request items by the deadline so they can be distributed at the start of the school year.

You will receive an email within a week confirming we have received your order form submission. After we have filled your order, you will be emailed again with the contents of your order and information on where to pick your order up.

Please only order quantity numbers that will cover the amount of patrollers that are out at any given time . Only order new materials when your items need replacing. Example: If you have 30 patrollers total and you have a maximum of 12 out at a time, only order 12 flags.

Unused supplies in pristine condition or that have never been used can be returned to the St. Louis Park AAA office in a box or bag labeled Unused School Safety Supplies for the Foundation along with the name of the school returning them.

There are certain School Safety Patrol materials that you should and should not give away to students each year. Please collect uniform items as often as possible. In an effort to promote material maintenance and reuse, we may limit your order. If your order is limited we will do our best to provide an explanation for why we were unable to complete it.

You have two weeks from the time you are emailed order pick-up information to respond to and/or pick up your order. If you don't pick up your order within the two-week window, the supplies will go back into the general stock and will be given to any other school that requests supplies.
