If you have already submitted an Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS) reimbursement request and would like an update on its status, you can contact the Reimbursements Department using one of these methods:

• Call (800) 272-2877 and select Option 5.
• Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
• If you are directed to voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name and AAA Membership number so we can return your call.

• Send your inquiry directly to the Reimbursements Department at ERS.Reimbursements@goaaa.com.
