To view your eStatement, you need to make sure that you are accepting third-party and/or session cookies. You must also have a pdf reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader and your pop-up blocker must be disabled.

Please sign on to RCU Online banking and click on the Statements tab, then eStatements link.


If the page is blank or you see an error message this means that you still need to accept cookies. Below is a list of articles which can help you adjust your browser settings:

Note: While aggregated accounts can be viewed under one login, documents such as check images and eStatements can only be viewed when logged into that specific account number.

If you previously enrolled in eStatements and no longer have access, it could be that the email account you supplied to us was returned as invalid and was removed from your account, disabling eStatements.  To re-enable eStatements, go to your Profile in Online Banking and add a valid email address.  Then you will be able to go back and re-enroll in eStatements.
