Notifications will be sent to users when they receive an internal exchange and when Sharelink actions are performed by the recipient(s). 

Users will receive an email to the confirmed address set in their profile and if applicable, an sms message will be sent to the system verified phone number.

For internal exchanges, users will receive a notice when:
  • A file is being exchanged to them
  • A file is being exchanged to their account group
  • A folder is being exchanged to their account group
  • Activity occurs within an exchanged folder to their account group

For ShareLinks, users will receive a notice that is a summary of the activity by the recipient(s) within the system set time interval (15 minutes).

If activity occurs in that time period a notice will be sent out noting the number of uploads and/or downloads done on that ShareLink.
