If your digital vault has reached it's storage capacity there are two ways to increase the storage available in your vault:

1.  Delete items in your digital vault

Check your digital vault to see if there are any items that may no longer be needed.  If so, you can delete the item, then delete it from the Recycle Bin and the storage space that item was taking up will now be available.

To do this:
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Click Files from the left navigation menu
  • Choose the delete action by either:
    • Clicking the ellipses menu and clicking Delete for an individual item
    • Clicking the checkbox to the left of the item(s) and clicking the Delete action icon for multiple items
  • A dialogue box will appear to confirm the action
  • Click Yes and the item(s) will be moved to the Recycle Bin
  • Click Recycle from the left navigation menu
  • Select the item(s) in the Recycle Bin you want permanently deleted and delete them by either:
    • Clicking the delete action icon to the right of the item
    • Clicking the checkbox to the left of the item(s) and clicking the Delete Selected action button
  • A dialogue box will appear to confirm the action
  • Click Delete
    • The items will be permanently removed and the space that the item(s) were taking up will now be available

2.  Buy More Space

If deleting items is not an option, you can purchase more space for your account.

Note: The purchase of additional space is an annual subscription
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Click Buy More Space from the left navigation menu
  • Click the Purchase More Space action button
  • Select storage size and enter initial cardholder information
  • Click Next
  • Enter payment information
  • Click Submit Payment

 Once the payment has been processed the additional space will automatically be added to your digital vault and will be ready for use.
