When a user is trying to access their digital vault on an iPhone and have issues such as:
Viewing the items in their digital vault
Receive an error message that access being denied due to invalid credentials
They will need to uncheck the "Block Cookies" and "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" settings.
To do this:
Access the phone settings menu and go to Safari settings
Under Privacy and Security there will be a "Block Cookies" and "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting
The setting needs to be adjusted so that it is unchecked (does not have the green toggle showing)
