If you are a direct login user of Virtual StrongBox and would like to change your password you can:


1.  Use the forgot password link on the login page and follow that process to change your password
2.  Change it thru My Profile
  • Click "My Profile" from the left navigation menu
  • Click the Two-Factor verification profile option and click "Manage"
  • On the authentication page click your username in the upper right to access the drop down menu
  • Click "Change Password"

 
  • Enter Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password
  • Click "Update"

3.  If applicable, ask your system administrator to send a password reset email
