If you are a direct login user of Virtual StrongBox and would like to change your password you can:
1. Use the forgot password link on the login page and follow that process to change your password
Forgot Password FAQ
2. Change it thru My Profile
Click "My Profile" from the left navigation menu
Click the Two-Factor verification profile option and click "Manage"
On the authentication page click your username in the upper right to access the drop down menu
Click "Change Password"
Enter Old Password, New Password and Confirm Password
Click "Update"
3. If applicable, ask your system administrator to send a password reset email
