In order to ensure that you receive notifications for internal exchanges, share links and other transactional messages, you will need to make sure your email address is validated.  A validation email will be sent when a user is either going through the initial login process or changes their email from My Profile:

Note: If a user changes their email, the notifications setting will be set back to 'No' until the new email address is validated




Clicking the "Confirm Email" link will open a new browser tab and confirm that the email address has been validated




The user can check the status of their email address by viewing My Profile/Update Email Address
  • Login to the digital vault
  • Click "My Profile" from the left navigation menu
  • Click on the Update Email Address profile setting
    • If confirmed the Status will show as Verified
