To cancel automatic renewal online:
- Log into your AAA online account.
- In the main Membership section (often highlighted), select the "Manage" option.
- From the menu (usually on the left), choose "Automatic Renewal".
- Click the Automatic Renewal toggle switch to the "Off" position. This action will prevent future automatic charges.
To request cancellation online:
- Visit our online question and feedback submission form.
- Provide your details in the provided fields.
- In the

- Are you the primary membership holder?
- Reason for cancellation
- Click or tap the Next button, and then the Submit button.
How to cancel via phone:
The only way to cancel your membership immediately is by calling our Member Services team at
(800) 922-8228.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM PT; Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT.
- Important: Currently, membership cancellation cannot be processed online or via email.
Refund Policy: You might be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership if you cancel mid-term, but only if
both conditions below are met:
- You have not used Emergency Road Service during your current membership term.
- You have been a member for at least 60 days before requesting cancellation.
