To get new recovery codes
Sign in to your digital vault
Select "My Profile" on the left-hand menu
Click the Two-Factor verification profile option and click "Manage"
You will be directed to the Two-Factor Verification page
Click "Next"
Click "New Codes"
The next page will have a list of backup codes to print/retain
By enabling two-factor verification you will need to retain a copy of these backup codes. Without your device/hardware token or a backup code you will be locked out of your account with no possible way of accessing your information
Once backup codes have been printed/retained and you are back on the Backup Verification Codes page click "Done"
