To get new recovery codes
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Select "My Profile" on the left-hand menu
  • Click the Two-Factor verification profile option and click "Manage"
  • You will be directed to the Two-Factor Verification page
  • Click "Next"
  • Click "New Codes"

 
  • The next page will have a list of backup codes to print/retain
    • By enabling two-factor verification you will need to retain a copy of these backup codes.  Without your device/hardware token or a backup code you will be locked out of your account with no possible way of accessing your information
  • Once backup codes have been printed/retained and you are back on the Backup Verification Codes page click "Done"
