To update profile information
  • Sign in to your digital vault
  • Click "My Profile" from the left navigation menu
  • Once the My Profile page has been accessed you can then edit information by clicking the profile item you want to modify.  Profile options available for edit are:
    • My Information - First and Last Name

    • Update Email Address
      • This is a required system field.  The email address can be edited to something else but cannot be removed.
      • If an email address is changed, the notification option will be set back to No until the new email address is validated and confirmed
    • Update Phone Number
      • In order to get the number validated after updating you must click the action icon to the right of this setting 
      • Click "Send Verification Code"
      • A prompt will appear to select a verification method
      • Select the verification method and click "Send Code"
      • Enter the verification code and click "Confirm"
      • A success message will appear in the upper right corner of the screen
    • Two-Factor Verification - Set or update the multi-factor authentication type
      • The Change Password option is also available through this setting after clicking "Manage"
    • File Type Management - Set restrictions of certain file types from being exchanged to your account or uploaded by a recipient to a shared folder

    • Notifications - Choose whether or not you want to receive notifications

    • Close My Account - Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone
  • After the selected profile setting has been edited click "Update"
  • A green success message will appear indicating that the update was successful



Your personal profile settings can only be edited by you
Two-factor Authentication setup will require validation via time based authenticator or hardware token.
